Aube Energy LLC provides fuel-related solutions. The specific scope of work for any client project will be governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Use

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • Compliance: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Account Security: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content on our website and provided through our Services—including text, graphics, logos, code, energy models, and proprietary methodologies—is the intellectual property of Aube Energy LLC.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal or internal business use.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Fees: Service fees are disclosed at the time of engagement.
  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes related to your purchase of our Services.

5. Disclaimers and “As-Is” Provision

Aube Energy LLC provides its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • Fuel Supply: While we strive for quality fuel stations you can depend on any time of the night or day there are circumstances beyond our control. Actual results may vary based on external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, utility rate changes, or equipment maintenance).
  • No Professional Advice: Information on our website is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional engineering or legal advice unless specifically provided under a formal contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aube Energy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or energy efficiency losses, arising out of your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aube Energy LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aube Energy LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business interests.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts located in Cumberland County.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Text Messaging

  • We utilize 10DLC and mobile SMS services for appointment reminders, account notification, and general customer service. No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. By first sending us a message and confirming opt-in by sending START to our confirmation message or by voluntarily providing your phone number and opting into our SMS services, you consent to receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency will vary. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You can also reply HELP, for help and contact information.
  • By opting into our SMS services, you consent to receive text messages from Aube Energy about scheduled payment, account balances , card pins, gas pump troubleshooting and general customer care. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency will vary. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You can also reply HELP, for help and contact information.
  • Messaging and data rates apply to all communication from Aube Energy
